Description

Great Glen Charcuterie makes this sliced salami with wild Scottish Highland venison and green peppercorns. The pepper gives the lean meat a gentle warmth. Lay the slices on a cheeseboard with oatcakes and mature cheddar, or tuck them into a buttered rowie with a little mustard.

The salami earned three stars at the Great Taste Awards in both 2013 and 2020.

Pack size 80g minimum, ready sliced.

Ingredients Wild Scottish venison (130g of venison used per 100g of finished salami), salt, curing salt (preservative E250), spices and green peppercorns.

Typical nutrition per 100g Energy 632kJ / 150kcal, fat 3.5g, of which saturates 1.9g, carbohydrate 1.9g, of which sugars <0.5g, protein 28.4g, salt 3.6g.

Storage Keep the sealed pack in a cool place. Refrigerate after opening and follow the date on the pack.
