All purchases constitute a contract between the purchaser and All Over Foods Ltd, trading as Scottish Hampers.

Goods: Refers to the products sold by All Over Foods Ltd.

Services: Refers to any services provided by All Over Foods Ltd in relation to the sale of goods.

Purchaser: Refers to the individual or entity purchasing goods from All Over Foods Ltd.

Supplier: Refers to All Over Foods Ltd.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish law. By making a purchase, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Scotland.

4. Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards via Stripe and PayPal. Payments are processed securely. All applicable taxes or fees will be displayed during the checkout process.

5. Shipping Information

Orders will be dispatched to the delivery address provided by the purchaser. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect postcodes or delivery addresses supplied. Refunds will not be issued for postage costs or goods affected by incorrect addresses.

Customers must provide a valid email address and a local contact telephone number, preferably a mobile number, for the recipient at the time of placing the order.

Both the sender and recipient are responsible for liaising with the courier and customs regarding clearance delays or address queries.

While we strive to meet requested delivery dates, delays may occur, especially during peak periods in December and January.

We accept no liability for perishable items delivered late. During warmer weather, we reserve the right to dispatch haggis frozen and will include an eat-by date. Refunds will not be issued for perishable goods once a delivery attempt has been made.

6. Customer Complaints

We aim to address all complaints within five working days. Please contact us promptly to ensure resolution.

7. Quality Assurance

All fresh foods are dispatched in insulated boxes to maintain freshness. Our products comply with all UK legislative standards and are of the highest quality.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver goods due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, pandemics, labour disputes, and customs delays.

9. Privacy Statement

We comply with UK GDPR regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your information is collected to process orders and provide excellent customer service.

Data collected: Name, address, email, phone number, and payment details.

Sensitive information is not collected without your consent.

10. Stock Availability

If an advertised weight of a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an equivalent-weight item.

11. International Deliveries

Due to Brexit, deliveries outside the UK Mainland are limited.

Customs delays are beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued for goods held or delayed by customs.

Local customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

12. Returns and Refunds

Refunds are processed only after receiving returned goods. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged products must be reported with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds are not available for fresh food items.

13. Weather Delays

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by adverse weather. Refunds are not issued for delays resulting from such conditions.

14. Hamper Content Substitution

We reserve the right to substitute hamper contents with items of equal or greater value.

15. Age Restrictions

Alcoholic products are only available to customers aged 18 or over.

By placing an order, you confirm you meet the legal age requirements.

Orders found in violation of this condition will be cancelled without notice.

16. Website Liability

While we endeavour to ensure the accuracy of our website, we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or incidental damages arising from its use.

17. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of the goods.

In the event of stock unavailability or events outside our control, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order promptly.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check allergen information on packaging. We cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or cross-contamination of allergens during shipping.

29. Refunds for Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability or refusal, we cannot offer a refund for perishable items. Non-perishable goods may be refunded at our discretion, less shipping costs.

30. Alcohol Licensing & Responsible Retailing

All Over Foods Ltd is a fully licensed premises under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005. We are authorised to sell alcohol online from our licensed address:

As part of our commitment to responsible retailing:

  • Alcohol is only available to customers aged 18 and over
  • We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy on all deliveries and collections

31. Black Friday Deals
