Delivery Time, Cost & Delivery Areas
Important: Your selected delivery date is a preferred date and is not guaranteed.
You can choose a preferred delivery date at checkout. We always aim to deliver on that date, but courier delays, busy periods or adverse weather may affect arrival times. Your order may occasionally arrive a day early or up to 1–2 days after your selected date.

All delivery times exclude bank holidays and public holidays. Courier working days are Monday to Friday, unless you have selected an available Saturday delivery service.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details directly from the courier so you can follow its progress.
We recommend ordering early for special occasions and allowing extra time during Christmas and New Year.
Where we deliver
Scottish Hampers delivers within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK islands.
We do not currently deliver to the EU, the USA or any other international destinations.

Estimated delivery times

Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days.

Express Delivery: Next working day where available, subject to stock availability and dispatch.

Scottish Highlands and UK Islands: 1–5 working days. Please allow at least two working days.

Northern Ireland Express: 1–5 working days. This service does not guarantee next working day delivery.
Scottish Highlands and remote areas
The following postcode ranges may require a Highlands delivery service:
AB31–38, AB41–56, IV1–63, KW1–14, FK17–21, PA21–40, PH15–26, PH30–40 and PH49–50.
Scottish Islands
The following postcode ranges may require an Islands delivery service:
HS1–9, IV40–51, IV55–56, KA27–28, KW15–17, PA20, PA41–49, PA60–78, PH42–44 and ZE1–3.
Some postcode ranges overlap, so the appropriate service depends on your full delivery address. Please select the correct Highlands or Islands option at checkout to avoid delays.
Other UK islands
UK Islands Delivery includes the Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly, subject to delivery availability for your address.
Isles of Scilly postcodes: TR21–25.
Northern Ireland
For all BT postcodes, please select Northern Ireland Express Delivery — £18.95 at checkout.
Dispatch information
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 7:00am on the same working day, subject to stock availability and your selected delivery date.
Transit times may be longer during Christmas, New Year and periods of adverse weather.
Fresh food packaging
Fresh food orders are sent in sturdy, insulated cardboard boxes with foil lining and gel ice packs to help keep products chilled during transit.
Please unpack your order promptly on arrival and follow the storage instructions supplied with each product.
