Delivery Time, Cost & Delivery Areas
*IMPORTANT - It is possible to choose a specific delivery date at checkout. However, please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery service, sometimes couriers will experience delays which are out of our control.
All delivery times exclude Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.
Courier working days are Monday to Friday unless otherwise stated.
We always aim to deliver your order on your selected delivery date. However, during busy periods, courier networks can be under pressure. As a result, deliveries may occasionally arrive a day early or up to 1–2 days later.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details directly from the courier.

Our courier classifies some postcodes as remote areas and applies a surcharge which we must pass on.

Courier Information
We use DPD Local and UK Mail (part of DHL) for UK mainland deliveries.
99% of UK mainland orders are delivered the next working day, although this cannot be guaranteed due to weather or traffic.
Pre-noon and Saturday services are available for UK mainland only.
Dispatch Information
We aim to despatch all orders placed before 7:00am on the same day, subject to stock availability.
Transit times may be longer during Christmas and New Year.

You can place your order at any time of the year and select a preferred delivery date at checkout using the calendar.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order.
Please allow extra time during adverse weather.
We recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid delays.
Fresh Food Packaging
All fresh food is sent in insulated packaging using sturdy corrugated cardboard boxes.
Boxes are foil lined, insulated and leak-proof.
Gel ice packs are included with every delivery and keep products chilled for up to 72 hours.
The materials used are food-safe, reusable and easy to dispose of.
