Description
Campbells 454g Bung Haggis is a smaller format for a Scottish supper at home. The oatmeal, offal and warming seasoning give it a hearty character that works with mashed neeps and tatties or a cooked breakfast.

Storage
Refrigerate chilled haggis promptly on arrival and follow the use-by date and storage directions on the pack. If the pack allows home freezing, freeze before the use-by date; Campbells advises a maximum of three months. If supplied frozen, keep frozen as directed. Defrost in the fridge before cooking unless the pack specifically allows cooking from frozen. Follow any shorter after-opening or after-defrosting limit on the label.
Cooking guidance
Campbells’ sliced oven method: remove the casing and ends, cut into slices about 3cm thick and spread on a baking tray. Heat in a preheated oven for around 30 minutes at 200°C / 180°C fan / Gas 6, until piping hot throughout. This timing is for slices, not a whole haggis. Follow the current pack instructions if different. Check that the centre is piping hot throughout. Do not reheat after heating and cooling.
