When will my hamper arrive?
We ship our hampers using DPD’s next-day delivery service. You can also select a preferred delivery date during checkout if you’d like it to arrive on a specific day.
Do you offer UK-wide delivery?
Yes, we deliver across the UK. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow your hamper’s journey. Please note that deliveries to rural areas or the Highlands and Islands may take a little longer.
Can I send a hamper outside of the UK?
At the moment, we only offer delivery within the UK.

Of course! There’s a section at checkout where you can write your message. We’ll print it on a gift card and place it inside a document pouch on the top of your parcel—right beside the address label, but neatly tucked away from view.

I’ve received my hamper, but something’s missing or damaged—what should I do?

Why are some items different from what’s shown on the website?
We do our best to include exactly what’s pictured, but occasionally, due to availability, we may need to make substitutions.
